An itemized bill from Primary Children's came today. It's ten pages, front and back. The total charges are more than the sale price of our one bedroom condo. And keep in mind, this is only the bill from the hospital. The bills from each doctor come separately. Joy oh joy!

When Nathan found out that Sara was sick he first asked how serious it was. Then he asked, "Do they have insurance?" He was very concerned. Insurance is the constant thorn in our sides these days. GRRR.
I've experienced ridiculously expensive surgeries, but not like that. It is crazy how much insurance gets discounted. Yay for insurance.
Medical bills are a nightmare- thank goodness for insurance!
